Information and your choices

Browsing and checking availability do not enroll you in marketing. Our optional offer form receives only the details you choose to submit: name, email and/or phone contact, optional ZIP, the topics and channels included in your invitation, your reported decision stage, and the exact consent text and version with submission time. We keep these in a separate Fiber preference ledger hosted by our website infrastructure providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. We do not ask for your Social Security number, payment details or full service address here.

The current regional invitation covers the listed internet, mobile, TV, solar and battery topics by call, email and automated marketing text. It names AF Energy Suppliers LLC and its affiliates/subsidiaries. Choosing “Find more ways to save money” after entering your details confirms the consent displayed immediately above that button; there is no separate checkbox. Signing up is optional and is not required to browse or order. Your phone number and email are required for this invitation. We record its exact wording, version and submission time.

Earlier invitations retain their original businesses, topics and channels. These include forms naming AF Energy Suppliers LLC for telecom and Offset Energy LLC and its assigned solar representative for solar and battery, as well as checkbox-based or individually selected channels. New wording does not expand an earlier grant. Requests require owner review before any sharing or outreach; an entity must fall within the permission actually given. Solar follow-up waits until your internet decision is settled. This form does not automatically send messages.

Help with checkout or bundles

When you choose to open our personal-help form, HighLevel / LeadConnector hosts it for AF Energy Suppliers LLC. It receives ordinary browser and request information to serve and protect the form. Earlier help requests stored in our website’s assistance ledger retain their original request wording, version and time, and their private withdrawal links still work. Where an email link is offered, your email app opens and you choose whether to send the message. Opening an email draft or help form alone does not submit a request.

Sharing and technical information

Our first-party website dashboard counts visits, engagement and checkout/help actions using a random identifier stored for the current browser tab. These activity records include the campaign source, market and time, without names, contact details or form answers. They are not sent to ad platforms by this feature. Closing the tab ends this identifier.

Sharing a page may include your selected public plan and market, but no name, address, checkout session or advertising identifier. You control saving and sharing; neither action reserves an offer or enrolls anyone in follow-up.

Hosting processes ordinary information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time to deliver and protect this site. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier and request count to limit abuse; those counters expire after two days and are cleaned up as requests are processed. Our first-party interaction ledger stores a random event reference, time, market, page variant, action and placement, known campaign/channel labels or unknown, and a test flag. It does not store contact details, a persistent visitor identifier or the full page URL. Opening checkout, viewing help or opening the request form is not proof of a submitted order or request.

Our first-party activity feature does not send its records to ad platforms. Optional Meta advertising measurement is described below; it does not forward form answers to Meta or checkout. HighLevel’s help form is a separate service loaded only when you request personal help. Earlier phone-enabled versions recorded limited phone-option and sharing interactions; those records do not prove a connected call or sale.

If you open checkout in a new tab, this page can offer help on return. A temporary checkout-attempt flag stays in this tab’s session storage, with an in-memory fallback, for up to two hours. It contains no contact details. The ordering partner does not reveal your checkout contents or completion through this return event. Any order stage you select is your own report, not verified order status.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

When this optional feature is available, you can allow or decline it in Advertising measurement choices at the bottom of the regional page. It is off until you allow it, and Global Privacy Control overrides an allow choice. The choice and its date are stored in this browser for up to six months and can be changed at any time.

If you allow it and intentionally press the checkout/address-offer button, the Meta Pixel may receive a FiberCheckoutHandoff event with a random event identifier and ordinary browser information, including IP address, browser information, the eligible page URL and advertising/browser identifiers or cookies. The event means only that the button was pressed, not that you called, ordered or purchased. We do not send contact details, full service addresses, form answers, transaction values, advanced-matching data or server-side Conversions API events through this feature. It does not fire for page views, scrolling, phone-link opens or known operator tests.

Declining has no effect on availability checking or ordering. Withdrawing a choice stops future sharing by this feature; it does not erase information previously sent. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms. This feature is separate from our optional future-offer invitation and does not authorize calls or texts.

When you continue to an ordering partner

The availability checker and checkout are separate services. That partner receives the information you choose to enter there under its own privacy terms. A dealer or market code in the destination may identify the source of an order and support dealer credit and reporting. Review the partner’s notice and contact choices before submitting information. This page does not forward contact details or raw advertising click identifiers.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive the content and contact information you provide so we can respond. Do not email passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details or identification documents. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in unrelated solar or telecom marketing.

Withdrawing choices and retention

After a successful future-offers submission, you can save a private link to withdraw that request. You may also email afesuppliers@gmail.com to withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion. Reply STOP to marketing texts to opt out; use HELP for assistance. Requests are reviewed before outreach, including eligibility, suppression, contact timing and applicable messaging approvals. We retain the choices and limited proof needed to honor requests and prevent unwanted contact; inactive records are reviewed for deletion or minimization. Do not send passwords, payment details or identification documents.

Choices and questions

You may browse without starting an availability check. Contact us to ask about information held by AF Energy Suppliers LLC or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. For information supplied directly to a provider or ordering partner, contact that service as well. We do not knowingly solicit information from children.
